Revisions to the Healthy Eating Program

Fat Finder #1
The interpretation of Fat Finder #1 is that double cream is added to each cup of coffee; therefore, the total amount of cream is 4 tablespoons or 60 mL.
Answer should read:
total fat: 41 g
coffee: 8 g
 
Fat Finder #3
The answer has been rounded off to 70 g.
Answer should read: total fat: 68 g
 
Fat Finder #8
The range of steak size can result in a number of answers. Therefore, in order to match the answer sheet the question should read:
a juicy, New York sirloin steak (8 oz / 240 g) done on the barbecue  

Fat Finder #10
There is a typographical error in the case study description. It should read:
Hint: count butter or margarine for the bun as 1 teaspoon/5mL.
