Colour It Up: Go for More Vegetables and Fruit (previously Take Five) is a community-based, behaviour change program designed to promote increased vegetable and fruit consumption to women and their families. The program has been proven effective at increasing vegetable and fruit consumption in women ages 19-50. The program is available in English and French.
